Desert Winds Band
Come Join Us!
We are a community band in Southwest Utah. We welcome instrument players in every community in and around Southwest Utah, including St. George, Ivins, Washington, Santa Clara, Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville, Rockville, and Mesquite.
We welcome all levels and ages of players. Join us and bring your band instrument. This includes:
- People picking up the instrument again after a very long break.
- Active players looking to join a fun group.
- Experienced players wanting to enhance their music experiences by playing with others.
- New players that can read music.
- Players wanting the experience of playing in a band.
The purpose of the Desert Winds Band is to have fun making music with other people, learn, and to make new friends. We play a variety of music, including modern, favorites, patriotic and classical.

How to Join Us
The Desert Winds Band meets every Thursday from 2 pm to 4 pm from September to May.
